Havenique will review each return request on an individual basis because of the delicate nature of our items. Items must be unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging when you seek a return, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make this request.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund as store credit (excluding the original shipping fee). The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.

Exchanges

You can exchange your havenique purchase within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value or get a refund as store credit (excluding the original shipping fee). Contact us within 30 days of purchase for exchanges or store credit.
